Right. Remember the friend I sent some fanfiction to? Well I've just bitten the bullet and sent him a link to aleathiels_fics. And a long explaination (which really made me think! Good for me!).

EDIT ":He's online. On MSN. He's got it but he's got friends over so he's not read it yet. However he is showing his friends the Very Secret Diaries (which he had read long before I sent him anything from the fandom). So the dear boy is introducing other people to slash already. Gotta be a good sign.

He doesn't have to like it! I know he'll read it just because I wrote it, because he's like that. I just hope it doesn't completely screw up his idea of who I am! I suppose he's now seeing the real me...

naw, it's just one part of you! not all of you. and if he's known you for a while, it shouldn't sway his idea of you at all.

Right. It's the part of me that isn't shared with people at home. My sister knows, but then she's in the fandom herself, so that's different.
