It was the calm after the storm. Eomer watched his sister from the battlements.

“She seems to be getting over Aragorn,” Legolas spoke softly at his shoulder. Eomer started, he hadn’t heard the elf approach.

They watched Eowyn’s gentle interactions with Faramir, examining a horse, the woman as keen to show off her knowledge as the man. “Yes, she seems to have found a new focus. When she looks at him there is something in her eyes I’ve never seen before. She’s smitten.”

He turned to smile at Legolas and stopped short, realising the look in Eowyn’s eyes wasn’t unique.

Eeeeh, happy Eowyn and Faramir. Excuse me, but I do not particularly care for Eomer/Legolas as a pairing, but you wrote it beautifully. Two love affairs happening in one drabble is like a double helping of cream on applepie XD

Once again I must confess it is not a favourite of mine (although it was asked for twice, as was Karl/Orli). However Faramir/Eowyn is my prefered of the canon pairings.

Deep breath. Huge confession: I actually don't like Eomer much at all. He's a bit dull, really

I agree. Eomer doesn't do much for my imagination either. Thank god for Karl Urban, he makes the character slightly more interesting.

This is completely off the subject, but lobelia321 has written some truly excellent stories with Karl in them, one where she slashed him with Billy and another in two parts where she slashed him with Dom, part two is here. The stories are very well written, hot as hell and funny. What more can a girl ask for? Oh, and she slashed Andy Serkis with Harry Sinclair, in case you want to read that, it is right here.

Why thanks. More to read!! I've read some Karl, but yet to see anything which completely convinced me. Maybe these will.

Also, Andy/Harry? Not seen that before!
