Its getting kind of sureal dont you think... a slash writer in lectures telling you about the theories of dressing brides up like men (because that's what they are used to..) and sat behind a guy with "Lube" on his shirt... "doo do doo do doo do doo do" Twighlight zone!
I find this very cheering. It astounds me how elderly I was before I learned about lube. Of course, the lube of yore was nothing to write home about, and it's good I avoided it. It was all petroleum/vaseline based and caused infections and broken rubbers and other stupid things.
I would just like to say: AstroGlide. You are my friend.

And remember in a pinch a little lube will tame flyaway hairs and make you look neat again...
:D that reminded me of one of the funniest things I find in fics: the creativity of lubes. So unpleasant, some of them. Not to mention unhygenic! But then it is only fiction.

I went through a T-shirt painting phase last summer, back when I was most active in the Harry Potter fandom. iscaris has a Remus Lupin one and my sister has several. My favourite is the one I made for myself: "You're not f**cking serious?" (on the front - don't know if you're familiar with HP, but it's a pun on his godfather Sirius) "No, Remus is." (on the back)
