To do tonight:

Get off LJ.

Read: Thorley, J., Athenian Democracy (one down...)

Read: Aristotle's Constitution of the Athenians (You know, this isn't going to happen. I'll do it tomorrow. I'm writing porn instead...)

Write: The final scenes of the first part of the BanaBloom fic. Whoo hoo!

Send: said first part to betas. Yay, finally!

Sleep.

I wish. Seven and a half weeks to go. Not that I'm counting or anything. At least the exams are over (with the exception of French, which hardly counts).

Yeah, don't ask why we have an entire term after our exams. It certainly leaves little incentive to work. Except the tiny niggling knowledge that I have an exam on this paper next year.

In most normal places it does! I don't think they understand the concept of "end" here. There's always more!

what exactly is your field of study?
History. I studied social and economic British history 1050-1500 and Political and Constitutional 1300-1500 before the exams. Now I've moved on to Classical Greece and Rome. I had a choice of twenty-something options. I'm thinking of doing the American Revolution next year.
The French is because (on top of the ton of work we already have) my college is one of the ones that makes us take a language too. I'd studied French at A Level so it seemed the obvious choice. I'm thinking I'll only last out the year in French though. I want to do something different. I have a friend learning Aramaic. I might to Cantonese or Arabic. Or Danish :P

I love it. Although I'll admit that Athenian democracy is dragging just a touch tonight.
