Now, because I am incapable of understanding this machine, can someone explain to me (in simple language for my simple brain) whether I (having a free account) can put this on my user info? And if so how do I do that?

I uploaded your banner to my Photobucket account. All you have to do is cut and paste the following to your userinfo. You have to replace the {} with <> ofcourse.
