We rowed over today. Every boat in the division except us and the boat behind us bumped (and so pulled over to the bank) and the boat behind us chased us for two kilometres to the finish line. But they didn't catch us!
Felt good too, that's the fastest and smoothest we've been all week. Ever.
The bows were lifting clear of the water on each stroke. I'm happy now, but exhausted. I don't think my leg muscles will even let me walk tomorrow, let alone race again!!
