Coincidence?

I was discussing the Henry VI essay with the two boys at my college doing the same history paper.
I have no idea how we got to this, but one of them ended up suggesting the answer was that Henry VI was a gay icon. They then began to talk about writing an alternative history of Britain (didn't we have this conversation yesterday,
coppertone? In reference to the historical slash)
I promise it had nothing to do with me - which is what makes it so much better. They actually want to write what amounts to slash accounts of the kings of England, explaining great battles etc in terms of sexual jealously. Obviously I encouraged them, but they came up with it all by their selves. And they genuinely weren't being all macho about it and making fun, they were building (fairly crap) slash plots, for want of a better description. And loving it.
I promise I will post anything they write!
