I am 2000 words into the essay. Well, it is a 2000 word skeleton of the whole essay, which needs me to go back and add in detail in a bunch of places to make the argument hold up more.

What happens when you hit 3000?

Am starting my next 1000 push, but might just right the whole rest of it today. And then I have to remember to leave words for the conclusion!

You go to the library? Apparently our water got shut off to, but no one told us it was going to happen. Thankfully it was only for half an hour.

When I hit 3000 I go back and edit. And panic too, probably. Although I feel more in control of this essay than previous ones.
