Also, tied in with the previous post, I've really been out of the Harry Potter fandom after being disappointed with OotP, and while I don't want to plunge headlong back in, I'm now slightly curious as to what has happened since then, given that there have been major changes to the canon.

So: have I missed any fabulous post-OotP intelligent fics? You know the kind I mean. The kind of fics that made the canon rather childish and predictable in comparison.

Also, (I've seen iscaris's) but has anyone written any post-HBP slash?

God, I've just discovered I don't even have a HP icon anymore.
