aleathielOkay. I'm packed and I'm killing time before I leave. I thought the obvious (lol!) thing to do would be get out my extended FOTR DVD and re-watch some of the extra stuff. Then I remembered the Easter Egg supposed to be on the first disk.
Here is where I need help. I have the British DVD. I know the directions: scene selection then go to the Council of Elrond (which is scene 27 I just discovered) and then go down and the ring icon should be there. Well, when I go down I go back to scene 1 - the prologue.
What am I doing wrong or is the Easter Egg not on the UK version?

Date: 2003-10-03 09:15 am (UTC)The TTT trailer is there but if you're after the MTV spoof we're out of luck. Aparently the BBFC wouldn't have passed it as a PG and they would have had to reclassify the whole DVD. I'm hoping we get it on one of the other DVD's as they're likely to be 12A.
Sometimes the UK sucks (Baa Sucks!) not only do we get most films late we're also deprived of goodies!
