My mother just phoned to tell me she was sending me a newspaper clipping (from the Guardian - she seems to think I'm incapable of going to buy a copy for myself or something) about Troy

As she started telling me I discovered it was written by one of my lecturers *facepalms*

The lecturer who was talking about religion ([livejournal.com profile] perseph2hades: the one who was talking about uses of temples and made me think of "Paris in love") in the classical world.
