Part of the fun of being a writer is to enjoy the writing process. I don't think it should be a painful process... If you don't enjoy it, don't do it... if you do, then write it... Also, I don't understand how you could write an mpreg without the charcter becoming effeminate, everything about pregnancy is feminine.
