LOL...totally a sign of a good writer, because this was amazingly good, despite the insane subject matter...I actually really felt for poor sweet Orlando!! Go you!!

I've never read wing!fic...I guess it wouldn't bother me necessarily, but it's not something I'm gonna look for. Mpreg I'm just not interested in. Don't see the point really...I don't find it funny and I sure don't find it sexy.

Mary Sue's make my skin crawl, and I don't mean het--I read het, and it can even have an OFC in it--there's a diff between a well-done female character we all know we'd like to be...hee...and an all-out horrific Mary Sue. Sometimes writers Mary Sue through one of the boys, and that's almost as bad...argh!

Viggo sounding like he's 16 will get me away from a fic faster than you can say "I love you, Angel"--which is another one of those things that soooo doesn't work for me, especially if it's used in *every* line of dialogue...ugh. Same with "baby"...and I'm really not against endearments, they can be sweet or sexy; it's just that they always seem to be completely over-used and it makes the boys sound like 6 year olds playing with dolls or something...argh.

And Sean Astin. I like him, think he's an amazing actor, think he's attractive, but he's very straight and it actually squicks me to think of him paired with any of the boys!! Sam/Frodo I guess I can see but I still don't want to go there....heee.

There's actually more, I'm sure, but those are some of the biggies I avoid!! I do have a threesome insane!fic that goes crazy with the nickname thing, so maybe I should try finishing that one already! :P
