Okay - does anyone know where I can find a personal bio of David Wenham? I have a sudden urge to write him, and I know so very little.

Am I right that his wife/girlfriend (?) had a baby this year? What's her name? The baby's name? Is he married? First child?

Here's a little info and also on TORN.
Apparently he is not married but his girlfriend has given birth to a baby girl, who hopefully will be a ginger, just like David :)
If you can find it I can highly recommend the movie 'Better than sex', it is an easy movie to watch, largely so because David wanders around it in half naked most of the time :P

Yes, I quite enjoyed it. It isn't very deep or anything, but it is fun and well acted. And the sexeh is an integral part of it, since that is what the story is based on, endless shagging.

Yeah, I think your selling this film to me. When did I become such a David fan? I think it crept up on me and happened when I wasn't looking!

He certainly seems to have that power. I have three movies with him now and he doesn't get boring. First time I saw him I thought 'oh my god, they hired Thom Yorke to do Faramir!' but there is just something about him. What clinched it for me were the extra scenes with Boromir. He visibly becomes the admiring little brother of Boromir and I found the way he acted it very touching.

What till you see ROTK! I saw the pilfered footage of his meeting with Pippin and Gandalf in the streets of Minas Tirith and it was just plain eerie the way he channeled Sean Bean in that scene..

I'm trying not to watch it over and over...
