I'm trying very hard to keep in mind that this woman's a professional editor and probably does know what she's doing. [wry smile] And she's caught some good stuff, like a few times I used the same word or phrase too close together; I hate doing that and I'm glad she flagged it. Most of it is little stuff, though, like adding commas before every conjunction, or between every pair of clauses. :P I've been trying to cut down on how many commas I use and here she is (and my other Torquere editor too, with the two short stories) putting them all back and adding more. [laugh/headdesk] Stuff like that I can deal with, though; it's part of what comes under "house style." [nod]
