Congrats on "Spirit of Vengeance" - that's great! I hope the edits are going well. I find them both easier and harder than writing the original text - yes you have something to work from, but I find myself difficult to please.
I have ideas, but that's about it. I want to write something about colonial contact and I have a motley collection of bits and pieces that interested me while I was studying. So I'm going to throw them all together to make a world, rather than try and set my story at a real point and location in history (also, I figured that it being Nano I wouldn't have the time to do thorough enough research and would get myself tangled. This way I can just used the bits I like). I have three characters: two male and one female. Two of them have backgrounds and the third doesn't yet although I suspect he might end up being the most important. Currently they are called Linus, Jared and Martha, but that might change. I have random scraps of scenes, but no plot and no idea how they meet or what they are doing or where they are going - but I do have a landscape for them to do whatever it is in.
So I need a general plot direction and a first step, then I'll start writing and see what happens.

How about you? Any plans?
