I found this on slash_elitists. I don't even like the pairing.

But, having said that, this is one of the best fics I've read for a long time. It's about 15000 words in 4 parts, the first playing on a premise which is not entirely unusual. BUT, what she does after that is original.

I've stayed away from the HP fandom, because I see SOOO many opportunities for bad fic. But I've loved every HP fic I've seen recced on slash_elitists. That one had me crying this morning! (Most are HP/SS, but they're all after the war, no pedophilia.)
