Troy clips

It doesn't really get any spolier-y than this. But if you, like me, don't feel the need to hide, then:

Hector and Paris clip and others

Although our cinema isn't showing Troy until Thursday the 20th, [livejournal.com profile] cfeng just called to tell me he's discovered there's a 'preview' on Saturday! WHOO HOO. I was expecting to have to wait ages while you lot were all happily discussing it.

Just got back from seeing my wonderful supervisor.

Sparta=done.

Now I'm doing Alexander the Great.
(*sigh* stop sniggering. "doing" in an academic sense)

I hate our system.
No. I don't mean that. I love that I can cover so many topics so intensely, but I wasn't done with Sparta, dammit! *wails* I could have studied Sparta for weeks.

So, new week, new topic, new essay.

I suppose this'll give me a good strong foundation when the Alexander fandom takes hold later in the year. But someone will have to convince me to like Colin Farrell first!
