I haven't really been writing much this week. And there is one thing entirely to blame for this.

The Administration series by msmanna.

sakurazukalori pointed them out and I, ever curious, wandered over to read. And was hooked. Am hooked, since I haven't finished the series yet.

I think it's the first truly original-fic slash I've read. I've never really looked at original-fic slash and yet the idea appealled here and I read the first part of the first fic which can be read as a stand alone. By the time I'd finished I was interested enough to read the whole first fic. Then there was no way I was going to stop reading.

I've just got to the punch-in-the-gut ending of "First Against the Wall" and am nearing the end of the series: a horrifying idea!

I've suffered from withdrawal after the last part. ^^ I love that fic, and the characters. I adore Warrick, but I have a big soft spot for Toreth :)

I'm totally in love with both of them.

I thought after the explosive end to First Against the Wall that I'd try and exert self control and wait a bit. Since posting this I've read the first two chapters of Family Values. Ho hum.

Also, does the series have an "end" per se or will the end of Make it a Surprise kill me? Because there's no more.

She didn't write anything since last december but the story isn't finished. Hope she'll write more one day ^^

'Smoke and Cameras' was great, wasn't it. Toreth's reaction to what could have happened to Warrick is a shock for him. Love that part :)

Yes, when I read that one I thought of you saying it was a favourite. I love Dillian in that one too. Her reaction to Toreth when she finds out what happens. So different to her usual reactions.

And, het though it is, I love the tension between Toreth and Sara. The fact that you know it will come to nothing but it's still there. Very beautifully done.

I've got to the bit with Cele's sketch and I think I've worked out who it is and Fuck! Maybe there's an explanation I haven't seen, maybe I'm wrong. But I don't think I am. It would explain why they all think he's familiar.
