Razzle and I have been talking and cringing over some of our old fics (gems which will not, I repeat not be shared on here!) and that lead to the discussion on re-reading our own writing.

Do you have a favourite of your fics? A fic you are most proud of?

I'll start you off. My personal favourite is the slightly offbeat This Is Not Heaven, part two of my Kingdom of Heaven FPS trilogy All Your Sins.
(the rest can be found in the index here)

I think my favourite Viggorli that I've written is The Eternal Debate. Of my more recent stuff, it's my cricketslash fic Champagne Celebration. I think because they both took me so long to write and I was so pleased I actually managed to finish them (and the cricketslash was my first attempt at a threesome).

I likes Strange and Beautiful, the Astin family Stronghold and soooooooometimesfull house the later being for sheer randomness.
chapter fic wise AoP is the most fun to write.

And god no they won't. That story was just horrble! *cries*
I was young and I needed the feedback!

I like "The Eternal Debate". Cricketslash is something I've not come across before.

AH the fabulous SITG! I remember when you used to post them with all sorts of different colours and they were wonderfully easy to spot on my flist. Wonderfully cheery-uppy.

Are you getting better? You sound like you need some TLC!

Heee. I LOVE the Astin family Stronghold. It's one of my "crap day reading list" fics because it always coaxes a giggle even when I'm in the foulest mood.

I'd forgotten Full House but when I re-read it just now I remembered betaing it. I remember that I found part of it slightly disturbing until you rewrote. Now it's just entertaining!

Ditto. And I'm actually going to pull the fic from the archive now I think

Not easy. Guess my choice could change any moment, but right now: The Journey is the Destination. Because it all worked out so fine, it's a European Viggorli and many people loved it as much as I do. Also, it reminds me of my wonderful vacation when I found the bunny and started writing it.

my god, we ended up getting wanked hardcore for that, Loool. and actually, I couldn't tell that the colours were so obnoxious because of my colourblindness *shrug*

I no longer read Vigbean but Blue Green will always be my personal favourite.
If only for the characters themselves, I love Orlando in Dead Man's Rope.

Well lucky old me I never did archive that godawful piece of incomprehensible shite anywhere. Only RL people read that.
They don't read slash any more. I want to show them something more recent o I can go "look, I've improoooooooved" but I don't know how to do that, er, subtly....?

Ok, my favourite drabble of mine is My Last Breath, and my favourite fic (although it's really a series of drabbles) is Two Sides To Every Story.
