aleathielI've debated over posting this comment, but in the end decided it was something I couldn't let pass. It isn't aimed at any person in particular, but at the general mood on my flist.
The end of a relationship is not a reason to be joyful. It's an odd sort of fan who doesn't care for the happiness of the star. And even in the relationship was not a happy one, something we are in no position to judge, then there are still regrets on both sides when it ends. He's a real man, remember, not some character we have invented.
She's caused enough divisions in the fandom already. What's going to happen when the next blonde starlet happens along?
